Terms and Conditions

Cancel an order:

You can cancel your order 72 hours prior to class for a refund.
Cancellations are charged a 10% registration fee.

Reschedule your class:

You can reschedule a class if you notify us by phone or email 48-72 hours before class Please email us no less than 12 hours before class in the event of an emergency. If you need to reschedule class due to an emergency or illness the date rescheduled cannot exceed 90 days from the registration date.

Weather events

Unpredictable weather may prevent you from using public transit to arrive at class. In the event of a snowstorm or flood, class will likely still run. If you cannot make the class due to severe storms we will offer to reschedule you for a future date.
